I've got some deadlines I need to meet in December and so am planning to go on semi-hiatus for the next two weeks. I'm also planning for Steve to be post-Avengers when he returns to the bar.

The purpose of this post is twofold:
1) Would anybody like to thread out any scenes from the remainder of CA:TFA and The Avengers?
2) Is there anyone in the 'verse he shouldn't tag when he gets back due to continuity?

Let's keep Steve away from Howard for a while. First Howard needs to catch up to Steve's departure, and then I have to figure out how he deals with learning about this big news from the future.

Also, I want to talk to you about public knowledge of Cap's death and official reaction, but that can wait.

I am happy to thread out scenes from The Avengers! But I don't need to if you don't want to or if timing doesn't work out, or whatever -- don't bend over backwards if it doesn't suit your needs or desires, basically, but Thor is at your disposal if you do want to.

In terms of continuity issues, hmmm. Well, Thor is going through the Thor movie right now, and then he'll hang out for a long while pre-Avengers (until I have Thor 2 to tell me what happens post-Avengers). For me, I'm happy to have Thor meet Steve at any point; I don't think Thor's side of things in The Avengers precludes him knowing Steve, although it's up to you if you don't want Steve to meet Thor until he's met him onscreen in his own part of the timeline. However, I don't want Thor to find out any Loki-related spoilers at this point. So if you think Steve would tell him about his brother (either deliberately, or accidentally because he doesn't realize Thor's coming from earlier than him), then we'd probably better keep them away from each other for a while.

What Gen said in her first paragraph! Happy to lend out a Tony if it'd be helpful/you want him; no worries if not.

For whenever I eventually get around to EPing Tony again -- I'd still prefer to keep most MCU characters away from him for the moment, because he's still pre-Iron Man.

As long as it's in an OOM that we can handwave as ~*in the future*~ for Tony, since he's way pre-Avengers in the bar and will likely continue to be so for ages, sure!

Bruce is still pre-Avengers himself, so I wasn't going to bug you for it anytime soon. But in the future, probably around Spring? Handwaving for Tony = not a problem. \o/!

You mentioned something about wanting to do the scene from the end of Captain America? We can work that out if you'd like.

Fury will be hanging out being pre-Avengers for a little while longer, but he's also avoiding Steve in the bar, so we shouldn't have any issues!

I'm happy to thread out scenes, but, asides from the very last scene, I don't think Erik has scenes with anyone else here. (Oh, and the first scene).

It's probably best to keep Steve away from Erik for the time being, while Erik stays pre-Avengers. (Like Gen, I think I'm going to wait for Thor 2, before declaring any millicanon I feel is necessary for Erik).

I intend to do the stinger from Thor with Fury at some point. Probably in the new year, although I might feel more inspired next week, once my Uni term has finished.

Happy to lend out Bruce/Hulk also, but no worries if not. You're welcome to mention him in passing if it's pertinent to an OOM/whatever too, but you don't need him for actual threading.

He won't be through Avengers canon until Spring, probably - or at least early next year, depending on Uni deadlines. But I don't mind if he and Steve meet before that, as long as nothing/very little of actual canon is mentioned to him. He's well aware of Captain America, obviously, though he doesn't know he's alive, so it wouldn't be like a completely blank-page meeting.
