There are a couple more of us now, and some timeline shenanigans, so I thought it might be an idea for us all to mention where and when our characters are from.
(And if people are in odd times, maybe we can hash out basic character-interactions, or guidelines for dealing with the timeline mess?)

Date: 2013-03-11 02:44 am (UTC)The Winter Soldier is right now set in time just after World War II as things spin into the Cold War. He will be there for a while, skipping forward through time with the aid of several long stints spent "on ice" in suspended animation.
I'll try to post dates every so often based on various missions or major jumps, etc. I'm keeping things somewhat vague until I find out just how much MCU intends to alter Brubaker's comics story, but by and large I think it'll be a near enough match that there's room to move. :)
I anticipate he'll hit "current" post-Avengers time right around the release of Captain America 2 -- in April 2014.
